Complimentary Meet & Greet

Before any bookings begin, I offer a free Meet & Greet — either outdoors or at your home — to get to know you and your pet(s). This 20–30 minute session and lets us chat about your pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs, while giving your pet a chance to meet me in a relaxed setting. This helps especially if I’ll be entering your home while you're out, which is ideal for more anxious or cautious pets.

With your permission, I may gently place a lead on your dog to assess their temperament and offer a treat to begin building trust. While I usually attend alone, I may briefly introduce my own dog, Jessie, if appropriate. Jessie only joins walks with other elderly, calm dogs who suit her temperament on the rare occasions.

If all goes well, I’ll send you an invite you to fill out some initial forms and then invite you to booking app where you can:

✔ Store your pet’s info (e.g. vaccinations, meds, behaviour, vet details)
✔ Make bookings
✔ Review and sign the service terms and conditions

Please note: proof of up-to-date vaccinations and flea/worm treatments is required before dog walking services can commence.

There’s no pressure to commit — this visit is about making sure we’re the right fit and your pet feels safe and happy in my care.
